I placed an order for t shirts. I specifically ordered a t shirt with a specific item code. I have attached the text messages the business text me from to request images of the actual shirt tag so they could order the correct item. Once I received the order I later that week saw this specific shirt was not the same one I ordered. The shirts were inches shorter than the ones I ordered. The staff advised me that the t shirt company had replaced that shirt with a new version so that is what they ordered. I told them these were not what I ordered and no one advised me on the change nor got my approval. I requested a replacement for a shirt that would be what I wanted. I was told on 2 occassions the only resolution they would offer is for me to re purchase the t shirts and they would offer at cost printing. I rejected this offer because I would be out hundreds of dollars and this company would be out zero dollars for their mistake/negligence. Also, once I had no choice but to use the shirts I was stuck with, upon washing they shrunk horribly. This is the reason I ordered a specific shirt. The staff has given me different reasons why they will not replace or refund. I was told they simply ordered the companies replacement product. I told them I was not informed and its not what I ordered. Their repsonse was that I approved the change via text. When staff looked at the texts she could not find the text because it did not exist. ( I also attached full text thread of our conversations along with the images of the shirt tag I ordered) She changed her answer and stated I gave a verbal approval. This is also incorrect. She looked through her computer and found no approval from me either. There is zero record that their claims are true.I am requesting a refund on the shirts highlighted on the attached invoice or full replacement of a product that I actually approve of. The refund amount requested is ****** plus *****% tax plus 3% card fee =equaling $286.93

This is *********************************. I am the office manager at M&M and was the person who handled this order for this customer. The tag that was sent to us is a shirt that has been discontinued so my manufactures provided me with the emplacement of that specific tag. It was the same material make up and the same brand as the picture that was provided to me. After completing the job. The customer called and expressed that the ladies shirts she did not like and then some of the men's shirts that were done felt different then the one she sent a picture of. I informed her that it was all approved by her on the quote and the invoice and stated the item number, the color, and a brief description of the shirt. I offered for her to bring in her own shirts since the shirts that were ordered and completed were not what she wanted. We would print them at our cost which would just cover the ink cost and not the labor of resetting up the job and running it again and she informed me that she did not want to spend more money on shirts more shirts. I informed her that she approved the quote and invoice from start to finish. It was approved for prices and then it was approved again for mock up and then texts were sent to the customer to determine color when it was being printed. Those were changed and then finally approved as well. I have spoken to the customer a few times trying to come to a resolve but all of our options to help fix the issue have been rejected.
