    I sent part of my stamp collection to this business to get some extra money to put towards moving expenses. I sent the stamps in May, and received an email from the business that they would be processing the stamps and sending a check for the value of the stamps, or return the stamps to myself if no value is found. I have still not received any money, or have had the stamps returned. I have tried reaching out via email several times, and have still to hear anything from the business.

    I down loaded an application and filled it out with the amount of stamps I was selling to West Coast Stamps. According to the *** tracking service West Coast received them on July 15th and I was supposed to receive an offer. I waited a week and never received any email or call. I did call and a person did finally answer and told me I should here something in a few days that they were overwhelmed with orders. I still haven't heard anything. Now when I call no one answers and no one returns my calls. The total I sent in was in the amount of $1172.00 . Any assistance with this matter wil be much appreciated. Thank you, ***************************

    This person was paid today on 8/25/23. They filed a complaint prematurely. It is mentioned in the agreement they signed that we cannot guarantee turnaround times. See attached proof of payment from ********** and their sales agreement.
