    This buisness hired us to do work after they had a water damage. She refuses to pay us although insurance sent her the money to do so. She is scamming the community by trying to get contractors to do work but she refuses to pay and is committing insurance fraud.

    I was living at Praise Transitional Housing for around 27 months. On May 2, 2023 I was told that I needed to move out without any explanation or reason causing me to become homeless. I was not provided with advanced notice in order to look for a new residence. On the morning of May 2, 2023 before I got kicked out of the home, I had paid my rent of $700. By noon of May 2, 2023 I was being kicked out of the home. Staff from Praise Transitional Housing also stole $170 that I had donated to **** ******* ******; they kept the money instead of taking it to the ******. I have tried calling and texting the owners of the home, but nobody has answered my calls or returned my calls. They also kept some of my personal belongings and would not allow me to step foot in the property to recover my belongings. I spoke to the manager of the home and he stated to try to get the money back however I could because the owners will not help resolve the problem.

    Per owner: When he got into the program he was told that if he was caught with drugs he would not be given any refunds and it was stated in the contract that he signed. His $170 was turned over to the pastor at Greater ******* ********* ****** he can contact them to get the money.
