Just had really BAD Service from this company. The drive from the house to the Dr they dropped us off at the wrong building had to push a manual wheel chair across a horrible uneven parking lot and up a high ramp. Then the ride home the lady tries to help my father in law out if the wheel chair does it incorrectly and lets him slide onto the garage floor. We had to call emergency services to get him up off the floor. I think we should send the bill to them to pay it.

I recently started radiation and chemotherapy for cancer. My patient liaison set me up with medical transportation via VIP. Their service has been the absolute opposite of VIP. They were 30 minutes late for my 2cnd scheduled morning pickup making me late for radiation treatment. On my 3rd scheduled return trip they simply didn’t show up AT ALL. When I called dispatch I was told that a van would be there. 45 minutes later a van did arrive however I was told that I was not on the roster and would not be allowed on. After waiting 3 hours my brother picked me up -btw this is after having received radiation and chemo. This morning I was scheduled for a 6:30 pick up again. They did not show up. AT ALL. No phone call, no text, nothing. I’m the primary caregiver for my 89 year old father. Fortunately my sister stays with him while I’m in treatment so she was able to get me to my appointment but we had to hustle our frail father into the car. These are life saving appointments, it’s imperative that I arrive on time. VIP is not only late or don’t show up at all, they offer zero communication. None. I would be amazed that they are still in business if not for the fact that they bill medical for their services or lack there of. Also, as an aside, the conversations I’ve been privy to between the driver and dispatch during the few times that they have actually picked me up are extremely eyebrow raising. They apparently are not afraid to discuss their shortcomings in front of patients and I, for one, listen and believe them when they openly admit their incompetence. It really is a shocking and shameful level of disregard for patients who are often very sick and at their lowest moments. There is no compassion to be found in this company while they undoubtedly rake in large amounts of taxpayer money for their shoddy service.

This company has absolutely no respect for patients that have been traumatized, or suffer from mental illness. I suffer from sever ptsd after a severe brain injury and a rape they knew my story knew what was wrong with me and continue to stick me with drivers I do not feel safe with and are on there phones running red lights in front of cops, will not keep their hands on the wheel and are never on time. They told me they have cameras in the vehicles but have yet to of provided that proof. I have to travel daily to Bakersfield and back because of my brain injury and I deserve to feel safe with the drivers. I have requested a driver I feel safe with and they refuse to give me that driver. This driver today was entering the 99 with both hands off the wheel while putting a coat on yesterday she was text messaging while driving. I unfortunately have no say in my transportation because this is a work comp case. This company has no respect no sympathy and no compassion. DO NOT USE THEM if you have been traumatized they don't care the owner DOES NOT CARE.
