    Residential window was purchased and installed June of 2021. Manufacturer defect caused window to fracture on exterior pane of glass. Warranty service request made in Nov of 2022. Warranty service not honored as of Feb 2023.

    I purchased 3 Anlin Patio Doors with the understanding that they came with a lifetime manufacturer. They cost lots of money. The sales lady who sold the doors told me the screen was covered under the warranty if it separated so that I would be able to enjoy their beauty because they came with this lifetime warrant. And their brochure led me to believe that the beauty is lifetime if properly used and maintained. After 4 years the screen started to separate from the door handle. I see this as a manufactured defect because if properly used and maintained, the screen should NOT separate if manufactured correctly and if properly maintained and used they should last a lifetime time. If I tear the screen, I get it no warrant. But if all I do is touch the handle to open and close the screen door and the screen separates on its own then i see this as a manufactured defect. Anlin refuses to honor their warranty!! Don’t buy this crap!!! Their representation is intentionally misrepresented .
