    Hired window cleaning and more to hang Christmas lights at my 2 story residence. No issues with install of lights. When company came out to take down Christmas lights my home surveillance cameras videoed employees swinging and pulling lights from ground level. In the past years of using service the company physically went on roof to remove lights carefully from gutters. While his employees were tugging on my lights and gutters the lights were stuck on one of my camera. Instead of taking a ladder out and getting on roof like Ive paid for up front for, they pulled so hard that the camera gave way luckily nothing was damaged just needed to be adjusted by window cleaning and more, or by my electrician who installed surveillance cameras. I called who I thought was the owner and was rudely told that is how they remove the lights every year, also stated my lights were under warranty and for me not to complain if they were damaged. Then proceeded to yell stating call someone else next year then quickly hung up the phone on me. I text the surveillance footage of his employees damaging the integrity position of camera. He stated in text that he would send someone out when there in the neighborhood again and fix the camera. Little to say more he never came to my house and has blocked me from contacting his cellphone. In closing I had to hire the electrician who installed surveillance to go on roof and tighten and adjust camera position. The service call was $200 also I am asking for a refund of light installation and refund of Christmas lights that was purchased from window cleaning and more.
