    In activating new service on an existing device at the Boost Mobile in ********* in October 2022, the franchise owner son ******** Jagamah was running the store and offered to repair some ***** products.I left two items with him for repair after activating service. I left an apple iPhone 12 and a MacBook air M1, both for screen repairs. Several months later, he basically has stopped responding to me, after constantly providing an endless list of excuses about parts being delayed and his work schedule, etc., etc., etc..Today, even when I text his mobile number my text messages show read in iMessage, but he refuses to respond and also refuses to return my valuable Apple items or simply pay me for the merchandise he has kept, which Ive offered as an option if he insists on keeping my things. I have since changed my ****** password that was provided to him, but having deed verified that he has disabled Find My on both devices and has probably sold them. I have tried to communicate by phone text and through Apple Pay and Chime requesting a resolution to this matter, but apparently he just thinks Im gonna forget about very expensive ***** products because I live in *********** and he apparently thinks hes untouchable. Obviously contacting the *********************** is on my list, but I felt like attempting to give him a chance to either repay me or return my items to me one last time this way, would be the most civilized approach. The iPhone 12 was $799 at ***** and the MacBook air M1 was $999 at *****. Both devices were less than six months old and had minor cosmetic damage due to poor packaging during a recent move.

    There is no repayment option available to this person. He left his items here and i loaned him 500$ for two damaged items as well as 200$ for 2 rings that are worthless. If Alex montoya would like his items returned to him a payment of 500$ for the electronics is required, which he has made no attempts at paying anything back. Under California abandoned items laws and similar loan laws i am entitled to toss out the items or resale them. alex montoya could've reached out to me for the entirety of the years of 2022,2023 and 2024.I still have the items in order to confirm the the items I would need a serial number to confirm and a repayment of the money he took. If the conditions i stated in this response are not met im afraid retuning the items would be considered impossible.
