      Home warranty sent them out because our AC unit is not working properly. The tech that came out reeked of alcahol. The tech would tell us nothing and refused to provide us with any info or paperwork. 34 days later and we have heard nothing. No heat in the home, 30 degree nights, 50 degree days. And the unit has not run at all since the tech left. JS Air happened to be the company that replaced the capacitor for the previous owners during escrow so that we would think that the unit ran. We paid a reputable company to come out and assess the unit. They found the capacitor had caught fire and had been left in the original packaging. They also showed us pictures of the burned up capacitor along with illegal wiring.

      Our home warranty sent them out to replace our heating and air unit. They subcontracted it out to some man that did replace it but did the final testing of his work himself and left with it not working properly. I contacted JS Air to have them come back out and get it running and it was then that they informed me that they do not work on dual zone systems, which mine is. I had to spend another $2100 to have a reputable company out to rewire and correct some of the installation.

      Honest, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy would highly recommend! I read the other two reviews and I think the problem is with their home warranty company not JS air.
