To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Stewart Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in *****, **, due to significant service delays, misleading business practices, and a possible attempt at insurance fraud regarding my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition. On December 26, 2024, I dropped off my Jeep for a check engine light (P0128 code). Service Rep ******** attempted to upsell a $1,700 service instead of focusing on the issue. I declined and provided my Assurant extended warranty. Despite being told parts were in stock, I was informed repairs wouldnt begin until Monday. On December 27, ******** claimed my Jeep needed a $1,700 radiator replacement but falsely stated my warranty had expired. After I corrected her, she said she would contact Assurant on Monday.Between December 30 and January 6, Stewart failed to contact Assurant, despite multiple follow-ups. ******** confirmed no claim had been submitted. ******** provided conflicting excuses and became dismissive. On January 8, I was told the repair was finally approved. On January 14, I visited in person after no updates. I was told the assigned mechanic was out sick, delaying repairs further. On January 17, I was charged an extra $145 in labor fees, despite Assurant confirming all costs had been covered. ******** falsely claimed she only submitted what Assurant approved, then disconnected the call.On January 18, the check engine light returned with the same P0128 code. I took my Jeep to ****** Chrysler Jeep, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue within a weekreplacing the thermostat, the most logical solution.Requested Resolution:Investigation into warranty handling & overcharges Explanation for the extra $145 charge Refund of improper charges Corrective action to prevent future misconduct This experience was unacceptable and appears to involve dishonest business practices. I expect a response outlining the steps being taken.******* ****

The service department at this dealership is really poor. In the past 6 months i have made 3 different appointments for my truck to be serviced. Each time it takes multiple days before they even look at the truck. 4-5 days without a vehicle with an appointment is unacceptable. I have the *** maximum care warranty and am still under regular warranty. I have to text them to get updates and the responses are vague and uninformative.
