    I purchased a NiftyCity G37 ***** APPLE CARPLAY & ANDROID AUTO TESLA-STYLE 13.6 from you at Socalz at ************************************* Colton *********** The item was advertised showing two types of units. One unit without carbon fiber and the other with a carbon fiber front. I selected the carbon fiber one, thinking I was paying for that particular system. When I arrived at ********************** one of the assistants told me I had purchased the unit for $1,675.46 without carbon fiber which included installation. Seems a bit backwards if anything was to be paid after the purchase it should be the installation. It was not installed correctly from the beginning. I selected the carbon fiber unit on their website it did not say I must pay an extra $216.41 for the carbon fiber system once at their shop. This I think was misleading and a surprise to me. I wanted it so I paid for it.PayPal honored the case in my favor sited , Item not as described I went to SoCalz to have the radio removed which SoCalz installed in order to return it through the mail to the specified address given before the return deadline. ************** at SoCalz refused to remove the radio. ************** and a PayPal representative informed me he filed an appeal and a decision will be determined by May 12th. I did not received any information from PayPal in regards to his appeal results. On the 14th of May I was informed the case went in favor of the seller.PayPal Response We have reviewed this transaction and are denying your case. This decision was made because we did not receive valid proof or tracking that you returned the merchandise. ************** appeal to PayPal's decision halted the refund process. It is my belief ************** canceled his appeal before the PayPal decision. Which I was not informed by PayPal or any affiliate that ************** had in fact canceled his appeal caused me to miss the refund deadline. I have filed an appeal with Synchrony Bank/ PayPal. Please advise. Thank you. *************************
