      EXCELLENT SERVICE! We had a hard time getting a hold of ANYONE when searching for an Order Picker forklift, but **** from RefurbLifts got back to us right away! He was very professional and courteous, and presented us with a multitude of options to choose from. It made the process so much easier when presenting to my boss! The lift arrived a few weeks later in spectacular condition, and we couldnt be happier!

      Very happy with my reach truck! You never know what youre going to get when something is refurbished, but this seemed like our best option given our budget. **** talked me through the refurbishment process and it seemed pretty thorough so we went for it. Glad we did! It works great, looks great, and we saved ourselves some money!

      Called after seeing their listing on **** and received a quote with different options in about 15 minutes. ***** immediately called me after to talk through the options which was much appreciated. We found something at a reasonable price with only 6 hrs on it!! Can't wait to trade it out with my old.

      I bought a lift some time ago and the process was good, but what really got me was how they responded when it came time to use the warranty. My battery wasnt holding a charge for as long as it shouldve. I called the team and thankfully they were able to get someone out to service it that same week. Im used to companies looking for loopholes when its time to uphold their end of the warranty, but that was not the case here. I was very happy with their service.

      Company is full of criminals.They stole my money and never gave me my forklift that I ordered. We have all wire copies and documentation proof demonstrating that we never got our forklift and they have kept and stole our money. They use some random calling service to mask themselves and they are complete crooks.
