On September 28th, 2022, I called my primary care doctor and complained to the receptionist about a severe pain in my left foot that I have been having for about two days. The receptionist informed me that Doctor ******** is all booked up and the next available appoint is not for seven days. I tried talking to her sooner and I will be even willing to go into the office as a walk in and I will wait until you squeeze me in and she still said no. When I finally seen Doctor ******** and said I needed a ultrasound and prescribed Ibuprofen and Arthritis cream. After three weeks of complaining about pain and two worthless ultrasounds I was finally authorized to see a Pain Medicine Specialist. When I called Inland Pain Medicine the receptionist suspiciously sound like she has been Informed that I will be calling after suspicious games by the office staff I was told that the next available appointment was not until middle November I said that is to long and said I will call back. So on about October 20th I did go to the Inland Pain Medicine Colton Office to try to get in as a walk in and the office staff had me fill out paperwork and only to tell me that my appointment was not until November 11th and there was no argument about it. So, the only thing I could do was to take it. I did call my primary doctor's office to complain that my appointment with Inland Pain Medicine was not until November 11th and could I talk to Doctor ******** to ask him about getting stronger pain medicine that Ibuprofen and the receptionist would not let me through to talk to him and she would not put the message through to him She just said that I have to take the November 11th appointment. So from September 28th, 2022 to early November when the pain finally went away on its own. That is approximately ten weeks living in pain and having the good pain medicine procrastinated to be given to me or maybe even withheld.
