  This company is sneaky. Had to do intensive research to locate their name on BBB. They have so many different branches, and arent transparent with their contact information. Intelliflame, Chikchak, candlestonight, 100 candles, candlestonight.con, risercups, and more, which none of these are even on BBB except this one which I had to reverse address to find out! This complaint is specifically with intelliflame, which if you look on their website, there is absolutely no contact information or anything to the sort to locate them. All you have is an email option where it forces you to accept their terms and conditions before even being able to email them, BUT YOU CANT CLICK THE LINK TO READ THEIR TERMS and CONDITIONS!!! Manipulative to the finest! My dads best friend loves Intelliflame candles and convinced my dad to let him buy him some. My dad gave him the money to do so, and purchased two boxes, with two candles in each. My dad has 4 sconces which he wanted to put 4 candles in. So, I opened the boxes, and one of the 4 candles didnt work! The other 3 did. Meanwhile, my dads friend who purchased them, passed away from covid, and my dad is a bit sentimental about wanting these candles up, now. I emailed the company to tell them that after opening one of the candles wasnt working. ********, responded:Hi *****,You would have to contact the store where you purchased your items from as they would have the record of your order and they can help you.Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.Best regards,********************************* I have since emailed her back letting her know that my dads friend who purchased is now passed away, and we have no clue whatsoever where he purchased them. For us, its not about the money, the candles are super cheap, but its the principle at this point. They should stand behind their product and make things right and replace the less than $10 candle. Hopefully they will do the right thing.

There is a "Contact Us" button on the site that lets you get help with questions you might have on trying to find a product or learn how to use it. 100Candles.com is a small family-owned business that has been around for more than 20 years. We are in no way sneaky or trying to hide. We carry the IntelliFlame brand. Our policies are online to view 24/7. Our phone and email are displayed on our site as well. It doesn't get anymore transparent. We have an A+ rating with the BBB because our customers are like family and we take care of them as such.If you have a defective product, you can contact us for help. All we need is proof of purchase. I checked our system and I can't find an order from you.
