    I used to love Vector Tourches, I am the proud owner of 5 of them, and their warranty used to be best in the Buisness . But during Christmas time my favorite Vector tourch wasnt working so i took it down to the smokeshop I bought it at so they could send it to Vesctor and they could fix it........ well it's almost March and I still don't have my tourch this is unacceptable, and when I called them they lied to me and told me they already mailed it back to the smoke shop, and I've contacted the smoke shop and they don't have it. So please Vector please im begging you I just want my tourch back and fixed, even if it's a different color I'm ok with it please please just help me, sincerly ***************************** **************, address ********************************************************************, can you please just mail it hear?

    I sent in a product for warranty repair. I paid ***** to ship it to the company and I also paid *** for return shipping. When the product was returned to me it was still broken and not repaired. I wasted ****** on shipping for a product that is still broken they did not fix it. I have contacted the company via email 6 different times through 3 different emails each and I have not gotten a response. I have called and left messages and have not gotten a response. After a few weeks of bothering them somebody finally emailed me back. They said I need to pay to ship it AGAIN. This is unacceptable because I paid for a service that I did not receive. I will not be handing over more money when I don't even know if it will be fixed or not like the first time. In this economy I cannot let this corporation rip me off of my hard earned money. I want all my money back for the shipping, OR I need the company to pay for shipping in full so I can reship the product for another warranty repair again and have a fixed working product. I cannot get anybody to contact me back at this company and it is not right!! The one email I did get back from somebody at the company was from: ********************** Since that one email I've been given the cold shoulder and am got ripped off for paying for a service I did not recieve. It is not right for a company that has been in business for 30+years to be treating customers this way.
