    There's always something wrong w/ that site or little to no help with customer service. the sites been crashing a lot or loading up super slow whenever they tend to have a sale(go figure). & when ******* sis tried checking out it wouldn't let us. i complained to the site stating it wasn't letting me or my sis buy & because of that we missed the sale. they basically said that we're wrong the sites good & didn't help us on anything else. they never responded back to my replied message. horrible customer service. & they make returns so difficult. you guys are losing customers from being unprofessional

    I ordered Heavens Below Shirt Dress and when I received it, the button was clearly detached from the garment. I've reached out multiple times and they refuse to send me a return shipping label as they have deemed it not faulty. That is absolutely absurd as I'm sure if they ever ordered something and then were required to fix it in order to wear it, they would feel the item is damaged and would like to return or replace it. Their quality has seriously decreased and is the equivalent to ***** quality. I left reviews on both items I purchased and I will be returning, but I'm pretty sure they won't post them. I also opened a case through ****** so my shipping is covered on the return. I shouldn't have to pay to return a clearly damaged item. Their policies are shady at best and I will no longer be wasting my money with them.

    Ordered two packages back in January, did not receive the package by February so I messaged them. They offered to resend the package and I still didnt receive it now by April so I asked for a refund April 2, 2024. They said the refund would hit my account in ***** working days and it has been well over that allotted amount of time and I have not received either my packages nor my refund. I just wanted my twin temple merch. Dont bother wasting your time with this company as I dont think they have the products they list. I just want my refund as they are not responding.

    Placed an order in February that I never received. Waited ************************************** I HAD to wait for and still nothing. They just told me oh they denied it cuz they said it was delivered the first time (which it wasnt) And are refusing to refund or replace it though clearly they have not even bothered to look into the actual whereabouts of the missing order/package. I basically waited an entire month with the charge still on my account for NOTHING! The only thing I can think of now is to refute the charge for the items I NEVER received. They literally have the worst customer service ever and will do or say anything to rob you of your money even when they dont deliver on their end. DO NOT waste your time with this brand. Theres still money missing from my bank account at this point with absolutely nothing to show for it and nobody on their team seems to care at all to help someone who wouldve otherwise continued to be a returning customer. This has got to be some of the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Its awful to see that especially coming from a brand thats supposed to be more on the independent side. Dont be fooled. They definitely do not care about their customers. Im not usually one to leave reviews like this but I really dont know what else to do at this point. Maybe I can at least save some future customers their money and patience.

    They revel in false advertising. Ordered the **** Beanie and a third party plushie. The shipping and packaging was fine, nothing wrong. The plushie was as advertised, but that was to be expected from the company that makes that specific line. The beanie on the other hand, was definitely not what was advertised. The circular crescent moon was not a circle, but a drunkenly drawn oval. It didn't match any of the photos Killstar use for their sale page. Contacted customer service and explained the situation and was told the one I received is what they stock. This is a clear case of false advertising.To top it off, they deleted my 2 star review. Very shady.

    So I made an order recently during their Black Friday sale, and the order somehow duplicated. I had no way of ordering the same exact order twice within a minute of each other on my end, especially when I was paying with ******, I explained this to Killstar and they said I had to pay the shipping to return my items, as there was no error. ** excuse me!? How is there no error!? How or why would I order the same exact items twice?! I'm talking to ****** now to reach out to them to get this issue fixed, but why should I have to escalate this issue? It's a very obvious error and I'm just asking for them to do the right thing and pay shipping to ship back an order I never even ordered. Instead I got two different agents regurgitating the Killstar return policy to me. Never again!

    Tried to place an order three times my order was cancelled all three times for fraud. **************** gives canned, unhelpful responses. Their third party security company (did I ever consent to give my information to this company?? will not reply to my emails or messages. Wont replace my discount code, even though THEY cancelled my orders. Did some research online and it turns out their products arent even worth it. Flimsy overpriced POS. Wont be placing annother order.

They are trying their best to help but in this situation there is not much they can do as they cannot reverse the decision/cancellation. For you own data protection/GDPR they are not allowed access to see the reasons for the cancellation - this is to protect your personal information.     Sold me a harness that is way too big but is marketed as XS-M. After multiple attempts to get them to acknowledge the size is wrong and do something about it they haven't fixed the issue and have not posted my 1 star review I left on the product. I will probably need to make a claim with my credit card company.

    Orderes Grave Digger Skull Handbag, arrived with a patch of felt missing. Company sent a new one, and this one has a broken strap. They won't refund my money unless I send bag back first. I don't trust they will, they had 2 chances with the bag and failed twice.
