    I hired **************** 2/2022 to complete my move*************** They contracted my move to Move4Less******************************** Arranged for pickup of items on 05 March 2022. Was originally quoted $3850. Mover ****** arrived alone on March 2022 and said it would be closer to $5000. As my house had sold, I had no choice but to proceed. He loaded the truck and complained about having to unload and reload everything into a different truck later that night and complained about his boss, ect. Not professional in any capacity.

    He then said my items would be delivered in 21 business days. After calling multiple times, my items were delivered 05 April. 27 business days. Noticed several items missing...my 55 inch tv, brand new generator in box, my********** hard-sided suitcase filled with many personal items, full wardrobe box. Also, there were several damaged items. It was noted on the doc given and I called to get a claim form, and then submitted it, with pictures. And, nothing. No response, no return call/email, nothing. I've called 20+ times, sent multiple emails - and no response. It has now been FIVE months since I submitted my claim - SIX months after I first notified them items were missing and damaged,

    The items that were missing - my name and address were on the inside AND outside of every single item/box. There were sentimental items that disappeared - christmas ornaments made by me for************************************************************************** these things cannot be replaced. Is completely heartbreaking. At least a simple reply to acknowledge and apologize it would have gone a long way to let me know they at least made the minimal effort to locate the items they 'lost', not to mention the financial compensation due them losing/damaging my items in the first place.

    I've used many moving companies in the past 40 years and this, by FAR was the most unprofessional and disastrous experience of them all. Never again.

    In the event, the customer may realize that some of goods are damaged or missing,all customers understand that they should initially give the service provider (Their Moving Company) the first right to fully investigate and respond in writing with a resolution to their issues. We have never heard from the customer directly. Now the client was reached by Claims Department and we'll do the best for the resolution of this issue ASAP.
