    Subject: Order number ORDER # ******************* ********************************************************* Bathroom Vanity Dear Sir/ Madam we ordered the above-subject vanity from the seller on September 17 for $1682.72 plus $111.48 in taxes, which is a ******** vanity as per the seller's description above however, the one we received is a brown one which is not what we bought, and doesn't match the new bathroom scheme. Initially, the seller refused to return it despite********* return policy for a free return then after four weeks, they agreed to take it back giving we pay for the shipping which is $300 after they received it they didn't refund our money but deducted $841.36 restocking fees. When we talked to ****** they said they are just a listing website and this company is a third-party seller and we have to deal with them directly. We hereby request a refund of the shipping fees ($300), in addition to restocking fees ($841.36) because it's not our fault they send the wrong product as well as the financial losses we experienced due to the delay as a result of this mistake. Thank you for your cooperation and support in this matter.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/18) */ Hello, This a a product that was sold by one of our retailers to the consumer. The correct cabinet, ******************************. We confirmed that we send the correct item, once we received the return from the customer. The Cabinet we returned damaged. Even if damaged during transit, the consumer used its own carrier, therefore, we were unable to refund the full amount to our Dealer. Again, this transition was processed by one of our Dealers. Not from us. This issue should be addressed with the retailer, our customer, who sold to the complaint party. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/12/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I refuse the response for the following reasons : 1) The item was sold by the provider as shown on******* website not someone else. 2) Seller sent the item after we canceled the purchase one hour after the order but the refused to accept cancelation 3) item was wrong color 4)seller refused to take the item back and forced us to pay for the shipping thru ****** which is the the most reputable shipping company in USA 5) seller deducted money for restocking not for damage because it was not damage and there is no proof of that 6)seller must refund all shipping expenses and deducted money Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/12/17) */ Again, this issue must be addressed to the seller, our Dealer. We do not have control over the sales that our customers make. We are the wholesaler, not the retailer. It is as if you guys don't even read our response. No wonder *** is loosing it's credibility!
