    On 10/24/2020 I received a survey prize of cookware and was to pay $1.95 for S&H. Then to my surprise I was charge $1.95 Plus $99.95, then another $99.95 on 10/29/2022 and another $99.95 on 10/30/2022. They in return told me it was for a Fitness Program I signed up for in which I didn't. They also said that they do not offer refunds. That is so wrong on how they are handling business. Then for then to tell me that my membership is now canceled not to worry I will not be charged anymore. In our conversation nothing was said about any cookware. They have offered to send a free ear pod pro because the don't do refunds.

    They charged me for the shipping of an alleged prize. Once I paid the shipping fee, they changed the wording to indicate that I was in a raffle for the prize. Then I saw 2 charges to my card: the one I authorized and one 99x greater that I did not authorize. When I called their Customer Service line, I was hung up on 3x, 1 of those times by an alleged manager. I have filed a dispute with my CC company, and I anticipate that the charges will be reversed, but this company needs to be put out of business. What they are doing is shady, at best.

    I received a survey prize of cookware and was told to pay $1.95 for S&H Only to be charged the $1.95 Plus a additional charge of $99.00 The company is online. offers no phone number the website "helpely" only offers a way to cancel a membership which I never signed up for. But does not offer a way to request a refund.
