    I purchased an item for $69.70 from SP FURST on 9/5/2023.It turned out that I did not like the item and I decided to return the item.The merchant has 30 day return policy for unused item with tags withholding 15% for restocking fee.I expect the merchant to credit 85% of the initial purchase amount to **** looked for a return address but could not find one on their website.Even as of today, the merchant does not list a return address on their website.1. I reached out to the merchant first on 9/11/2023 for a return address, received no response 2. I reached out a second time on 9/12/2023 for a return address, received no response 3. I reached out a third time on 9/15/2023 for a return address 4. Finally on 9/18/2023, ******** responds with a return address, asks me to send a tracking number of the return package once the package gets mailed back & they stated to process the refund.5. I went to the ***** mailed the package as of 9/21/2023, provided the merchant with a tracking number via email.6. The return package has been delivered to the merchant provided address as of 9/25/2023 I have not received the refund from the merchant, the **** tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address which was provided by the merchant. The entire process for return has been completed from my side within 30 days of the purchase.I am attaching the proof for the return of the merchandise, **** tracking information. I can provide additional correspondence details but I am not able to upload due to the 5MB file size limit, I can email it to an address as required.Please help resolve the issue and help me get my refund, your help is appreciated, thank you.
