    My parcel shipped by epost global from the ** to ****** stopped updating tracking information since June 26th. The parcel contains a rare Star Wars action figure, and the current market price for it is around ******* Canadian dollars. I tried reaching out to them and have sent several inquiries to check the status of my parcel but all inquiries went unanswered and up to today I still have no clue where my parcel is and if they can make the delivery. I require some explanation or compensation if they lost it or simply cannot make the delivery. I am currently working aboard so will not be able to answer phone calls, please contact me through email. Thank you.

    Ordered on Amazon through a third party that used this carrier .Their website said that I refused the package but on Amazon website carrier marked as delivered .None is true . I didnt refuse or received the package . Their customer service number doesnt work at all . I suspected something very shady with this carrier so I went to check their ****** reviews and . Oh surprise : there is lots of complaints of missing packages ( some of them marked as delivered also ) and about toll free number not working -carrier unresponsive . An investigation needs to be done into this business and they *** to be banned cause is clear that tooo many packages are missing to be just a coincidence . Please investigate and penalize this so-called carrier .

    On February 16th I sent a package to a customer of mine from Bricklink to Surrey, **************. The package hasnt arrived and multiple times Ive reached out to epost global through phone and email to file for a lost package and I havent received any messages from them. Ive been trying to contact someone at that company to no avail. Im just trying to file a lost package and it seems no one cares to reach out to me to fix this problem. I paid $10.25 on February 15, 2024 for the shipping. The tracking number shows it was shipped but no further updates. The tracking number is SDC011058503545292. Thank you for your help in getting this resolved.
