    I was viewing my DX card history for this month and discovered a ***** payment to a CA based Co *********** I've never heard of. I've tried calling but get nothing. Talked to Support online and they told me that my card was declined today when they tried to take ***** again. I didn't authorize any payment to that company ******* the name on the transaction. Modern Headways LLC has the same ***************************************************** address. I've already called my card company and ordered another one after seeing that unauthorized payment to them. The transaction was on 08/02/2024 and I looked at my statement on 08/07/2024 and saw it and locked my card and ordered another one that same evening. I've been checking around about this company and I'm getting the impression that several people have had their cards accessed and charged without their Knowledge nor Permission to take the money from Their Accounts. Next I'm going to call Direct Express about this situation and see what course of action I'm going to be taking to resolve this situation without involving the Court System. I live in **************** and this business is in ********** so I really need something or someone that can resolve this situation other than the Court System in **. If I've missed any information or something else is needed from me please let me know. I'm a 59 yr old Disabled man trying to survive on the $759.00 I receive each month and to have them take that much from me isn't easy. Thank you for your help with this matter.     There is two unauthorized transactions to my debit card from *******. One on September 6,2022 for $1.95 and another on today for $39.95. These charges were not authorized and I want a refund. I would also like my information deleted from the system.
