      9/2/2021 $66,719 I purchased expensive windows and doors through Dolans on 9/2/2021 and there are 2 issues with open service requests that I am not getting any responses to. I've been calling and emailing the company over the past 8 weeks and have yet to receive a response or call back.The 1st issue - bathroom windows were sent incorrect where the glass are not etched (privacy) and the vendor agreed to change them out. I received a call from Dolans to schedule an appointment to swap the windows out on 2/15, but have yet to hear back.The 2nd issue - my large 25" fleetwood door is defected where it will not lock when installed correctly. a technician from Dolans came out and confirmed it's defected, but have yet to provide any follow-up since mid-January.The business have not tried to fix these 2 outstanding issues Order / Invoice information uploaded in complaint

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that the response is satisfactory to me. Please note the inquiry history does not reflect the full phone reach out (only email and some phone), which has added to my frustration of trying to track down an update.

      I am willing to resolve this complaint given the follow-*** over the past week but I still need confirmation on 1) when ********* will be coming out to my site to fix the locks and 2) when Dolans will return to fix the broken sash.

      I appreciate everyone's help with this request so far.
