      On July 23rd I went to this business and had an alarm installed in my car with in days of having the alarm installed it started having serious issues( alarm wont unlock doors or wont lock doors claims the trunk is open when its not alarm goes off for no reason) notified the business because they claim all installations have life time warranty took car back claimed nothing wrong with it picked it up kept having the same problem took it back again another week later now I have had it for two weeks owner claimed it needed software update but car was never moved from location where I parked it how did they update the software never the less take the car home and wires are falling from the dash wrapping around the gas peddle and brake and how did it now need a software update if before they claimed there was no issues. Even after software update still having problems took car back next day to be told by technician that Im not using the alarm right and the manager just says they do software updates to make customers think they are actually doing something to help. They have not once repaired the issues with my alarm have even though they have a lifetime warranty its a scam and a lie they have numerous yelp reviews saying the same they are scam artists

      I paid for tint window, they didn't do good job, and damage my door panel too. tinted window still have bubbles and scratch .
