    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received following my recent payment and attempts to resolve an issue with my account.On Aug 8th , my service was stopped due to a missed payment. I had been out of the country for a funeral, and upon my return, I immediately paid the outstanding balance. As instructed by your team, I sent an email with proof of payment and followed up with a phone call days before the scheduled service date to ensure my account was in good standing. Despite this, my home was not serviced on the day of collection.I called your office the following week to address the issue, but again, my home was not serviced for the second week in a row. When I inquired about having my bill pro-rated for the two weeks of missed service, I was told that this would be handled accordingly.However, when I received my next bill, there was no credit or pro-rated amount applied. I called customer ********************** once again to clarify, and instead of receiving assistance, I found myself in a frustrating argument with the associate. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that a manager would need to call me back, but I have yet to receive any communication.This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. Specifically, I request:A credit or pro-rated adjustment for the two weeks of missed service.A formal response or call from a manager to address this matter further.I have been a loyal customer, and I hope that we can resolve this issue promptly. Please respond to this email within five business days to confirm the steps you will take to correct this situation.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Ive been off work because of an on the job injury thru no fault of mine Ive had 3 surgeries including a knee replacement. Ive made payments as possible and the company declined to work with me even though I supplied return to work information.

    I have had repeated issues with the local garbage company. They continue to refuse to pick up garbage cans. Issues start over a year ago when my son took the cans out, and put all the cans too close, he had never done this before. So they refused to PU. Since then the driver continues to refuse to PU. Once he said the lid wasn't fully closed so he would not take it. I was standing in the driveway watching him, he would not roll down his window and say there was an issue, just drove off. Then he said that the power lines going to the house were too low. These same power lines were in place for the last 50 years. They want to charge you to come back to empty the cans. They have stated that the cans must be at least 3' apart. With three cans, there isn't enough room to have cans spread out over 13', without blocking someones driveway. I have had issues with our recycling bin only being 1/2 dumped. I have had my arm in there afterwards and made sure everything was loose, and not stuck in there. This has happened many times.I have requested a driver ID, (not his name) so I could know if I am continually having issues with the same person, but they refused to give this information out. They won't even tell me if I have a the same driver each time.
