    On 12/8/2021 I went into Site For sore Eyes, *******, **.(Phone No# ************) and saw an Optometrist and consequently got a prescription for new glasses. I filled the prescription at the above store and Paid a total of $585.00 included in that was a new set of Dolce and Gabbana Frames. I received a certificate of guarantee for 24months that cover the frame for corresponding defective parts at no cost. The s**** came loose and the arm is now lost. On 8/3/2022, I went into the above store and I was told that I have to pay $135.00 to get my glasses fixed. I told them that I should have a warranty butThey will not fix the glasses. I need my glasses fixed. This is causing me alot of inconvenience and anxiety for no reason.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    According to the Certificate of Guarantee that I attached to my original complaint  by Luxotica(Dolce and Gabbana) for a period of twenty four months against the all manufacturing defects as determined by the technical services department. Is Site for Sore Eyes insinuating that I intentionally took the arm out of my glasses and threw it out the window intentionally? what a fool I must be to do that in order to get a new arm for my glases!!! I do not have the arm of the frame to my glasses because it fell off the frame. My Dolce and Gabbana frames that were at a costly price are unwearable now not even a year later. I need them fixed as per the Certificate of guarantee for *************************** And yes, I was angry at the false advertisement that I was promised. Wouldn't anyone???

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I went directly to Dolce And Gabbana with my complaint about the miserable customer services I had received from ********************** and their lack of knowledge of the products that they service. Dolce and Gabbana were so sorry that I was not satisfied and send me $400.00 for new frames of my liking and also new lenses-at no cost to me!!!! I was sent to another company-LensCrafters where they gave me wonderful exceptional services that are much better than Site For Sore Eyes.Their products are more superior and they were very knowledgeable about their products and took time to explain their products to me.Thanks for nothing Site For Sore Eyes. Worst customer service also in the planet. You are still holding on to $40 for an arm for my glasses, go ahead. I got a resolution far beyond my wildest expectations, thanks to ***** and Gabbana.
