      Never never never use BevMo. I havent drank in months and was getting some alcohol for a little party I was having. When I got to the cashier I was in the middle of texting someone and was multitasking. The cashier took my id and then today me he would not be selling me alcohol because I was talking to slow and intoxicated ?????????????? Seriously, I had them call the cops because I wasnt going to leave without feeling vindicated. The cops should up and clearly identify that I was not intoxicated but said that BevMo had the right to refuse service to anyone. I left the store and started writing reviews

      Would like to leave a -zero. Just came to Chico CA w my husband. We spent almost an hour and had a cart of alcohol - about $600 worth. However we could not purchase because I did not have my purse/id on me. My husband and I are almost 60 yrs old - been all over the world and never have we seen anything so ridiculous. I went to the car and my husband went back in but they said we had to wait 24 hrs to come back in. So we will be posting this all over Facebook and instagram. ******* *******s do you have any idea what a terrible marketing/customer service strategy this is - ha - you are a fool and should be fired.
      But unfortunately for you we’ll do our best to let everyone know not to shop here - pls don’t worry it won’t affect the 21+ yr olds from spending $30 or less at your company.

      12-17-2022, Went to BevMo1 ********************************************************* and purchased one bottle 750Ml Smirnoff Vodka which on their Web Site shows the price to be $11.40 for clubbev members, which I am one. On my receipt it shows $22.99 for the vodka, which I didn't check receipt till I got home. The cashier was asking do you want your receipt? And the way he asked I said yes, just seemed unusual that if I didn't get a receipt, I wouldn't have know that I was over charged.I called the store and explained what had happened and the young lady asked was the bottle glass or plastic? I said it was glass and she said that the glass 750Ml Smirnoff Vodka was $22.99 and the plastic bottle was $11.49. It wasn't marked like that on the shelf. It just showed $11.49 for 750Ml Smirnoff Vodka, nothing about glass or plastic bottle??? If I knew that I would have gotten the **** Ltr ******** Vodka for $16.99.Not happy without come!!!Always ask for a receipt, this is just another way of business's to take advantage of consumers.
