    In June 2021 we had them install solar. It finaly pasted inspection and was turned on Aug 26 2021. July 7 2022 it stoped working. I did not notice until Aug 1 as I only look at the app once a month. No one from Solar Xpers or Freedom Forever reached out to us. We tried calling for a few days and sent an email. On Aug ******************************************************* night mode and to contact Freedom Forever for service. We finaly got someone out on Sep 7 and he sat on hold with Solar Xperts for hours. Now we are told it will be at least 3 weeks to get in the parts and another 3 weeks for them to come back. I understand the supply chain issue and that's out of their control but it's the lack of communication and inability to talk to a person in a timely manner that is very unprofessional. We are looking at the end of Oct before this might be fixed. in the meantime we are paying the loan and PG&E.
