    Hi Neighbors. I wanted to give you a heads up about a pool repair company that has been very sketchy. We have a home warranty. So when the pool heater stopped working I filed a claim. Xact Pool & Spa was assigned. When the guy called and said he was on the way, we came home to wait on him. He never showed, so eventually we left to finish our errands. I got a phone call where he explained that the warranty would not cover the repair but that he could fix the problem with a $350 part. A day or so later the owner texted me during dinner. He texted me again and I explained that the pool was still not heating and his only response was that I could pay another service fee to have them come out again but that he needed his check right away. By this time it was late so I told him we would talk the following day. I didnt hear from him. I eventually got my regular pool guy to do the repair - which was a simple fix and should have been repaired by Xact pool. Today I was contacted by the owner again. I told him that I would pay for the part as soon as he provided an invoice. He was very rude and insisted that I should stay at home today and pay him when he came. I told him to mail or email an invoice and I will pay immediately, but I have to have the paperwork. I told him that I did not want him back on the property and that if he comes by to leave the invoice in the mailbox. He got very aggressive and said he was coming to remove the part. I told him again to stay off of my property. When I looked online, all of his reviews are bad and I wish I would have thought to check before all this started. To be clear, I am going to pay him, but I had to pay a service fee to the warranty company as well as the repair. I hope this helps someone else avoid the same very unpleasant situation
