    I was using their service for my baby girl so she can have fun learning and exploring gymnastic. However, due to the lack of interest of my daughter, I decided to notify Liberty Gymnastics that we will be withdrawing. Per their rules, Cancellation need to be done via email. On 7/11/22 I emailed the facility to let them that my daughter will use her make-up day (because she was sick and upon receiving the doctor's note, she will get a make-up day for the day she missed) and also letting them know of the potentially withdrawal. Same day I was charged for the next month of service. On 7/12/22 I got a reply from the facility and I reply back stating I will look at their schedule and see which day I can bring my daughter to the make-up class AND confirm that we would like to move forward with the withdrawal. On 7/13/22 the facility reply with the news that "after 7/18 she will be dropped from the class" and that a refund request for the processed payment will be initiated. Then by 8/15/22 I still have not received the refund as promised. So I reply to the 7/13/22 email following up with the request for the refund. Same day I got a reply stating the owner was contacted to see what's the update with the check. I reply with an acknowledgement email next day. On 9/4/22 I reply to the 8/15/22 email asking about the status of my refund again. On 9/8/22 I got a reply stating "I spoke with him today" and that's it. Now I stop with the emailing and start calling. I called on 9/12/22 and the staff told me they will talk to the owner. Next phone call was 9/28/22 and the staff told me base on the information she got, the owner sent out the check on 9/26/22 and should arrive any day now. So I waited and nothing. Now I called 10/5/22 asking about the status and confirming the address on file. Address confirmed and is correct. Now it is 10/13/22 and I still have not gotten the check. So I am filing this complain to address their bad business practices and possibly help get my refund.

    Apparently ****'s first request for refund was not acted upon.  Our system indicates a refund request was entered on 9/6/2022. Liberty Gymnastics sent refund check ***** on 9/20/2022.  Attached is the *** of the check of the check that was sent.  I just checked our bank records and the check has not cleared.  I will personally call **** and let him know I will send another check.  It is not clear why **** did not receive the first check.
