      I recently used I Fly First Class to fly roundtrip between the ** and *****. I want to thank ****** ****** for impeccable service and the excellent trip I had with the itinerary he purchased for me. Both international legs of my trip were terrific, as ****** said, Polaris Business on United is really top-notch. Everything went smoothly and we arrived early so I was in good shape for my business meetings.This is not unusual when dealing with ****** and I Fly First Class. I have traveled extensively to ***** and regardless of the route, the service from ****** and from the airlines he booked me on was top flight!

      Due to an urgent meeting I had to book a last minute business class flight to *********. My agent *** helped me get my ticket for the price that I needed.

      Second journey. Had many difficulties with the first trip and swore not to use again. However, I did and we almost didn't get out of ******* or back in. I paid well over $10,000 for 2 tickets and paid using a credit card. However, he didn't pay ******* Airlines with my money. He, instead, used 3 "virtual credit cards" and an Amex. I had to show all credit card numbers used at the airport (which of course I did not have) as well as two photo IDs. At least ****** (who lives in ************ and owns the company) responded to my desperate texts and provided the needed numbers. I was assured after we finally received our outgoing boarding passes that we would have no further issues. Wrong. Almost did not get out of **********.

      First and foremost Our Company taking pride in a highest level of customer service and we are always here to sort any situations that *** arise during travel. This customer's original flight was going to ************, which is one of the highest security countries when it comes to traveling there. At the time of the check-in airline were conducting additional security checks which we can not affect in any way and they have requested the credit card information and a photo ID which our company have provided in a timely matter and the customer was able to take the flight. ************* called personal line of one of our agent very late at night and he was able to assist and help. When the flight consists of multiple separate bookings we prefer to use our corporate cards to avoid multiple charges, so you see only one total charge from I Fly First Class and we then use either virtual or a corporate card to make bookings with our partner airline and consolidators. Our customer's satisfaction and security is our highest priority and we are always here to support you every step of the way. We will be happy to discuss further with ************* should she wish to contact us on our phone line.
