    I moved to the property on 02/07/2017. Where I owe a mobile home and during the course of time, I have been noticing my property lift due to a lot of gophers making holes and dirt being uneven under my mobile home where I let management know the situations and options to help me improve my living situation and I've had no response or help due to the main office being closed all the time and days of services. I would also like a refund or credit for the amount of $136.00 that is equivalent to $68.00 a month starting from January of this year from the property increase of the space, where I find it unfair to pay due to lack of maintenance and services king's mobile has offered me. I would also like to request to have meters placed directly from the gas company and PG&E to my unit for more accurate readings for the correct charge amount. I've tried to solve this issue with higher management, and they also informed me they couldn't do anything for me, I'm renting the property space and would like them to fix the issue or buy out my property in order for me to relocate. Also, would like to request the owner to replace the manger from the property by the name of Christian Mendez, he is very disrespectful, and has never given me rights as requested to be in Spanish. Christian has never tried to resolve any issues in regards of the property unit. He is also hard to communicate and locate when there is a problem accruing and would like another manger to be there for the people not just myself. and my mobile home is getting more damage and unstable due to lack of management and property maintained.
