    Horrible service. I too wish I had read the reviews here prior to signing. Sales and demos were great but then we did not receive the product we were promised. Onboarding and training is a nightmare. Once you sign the contract, you are at their mercy for input and communication is non-existent. I have lost so much time and effort into a program that is not working. Impossible to get a response from anyone.

    This is a horrible service. After making the sale and an average onboarding process they disappear. I wasted thousands of dollars on the service and within 5 months of buying it I'm having to start over with a new EMR and website team. They are charging more than the going rate for their "services" but are literally no help to you after you get started. Please do not make the mistake I did and go with this company for your medical practice.

    Kareo does not honor agreements that they set up with their clients. There is not anyone to ever follow up or reach out to. They will put your business in financial jeopardy and bill you for fraudulent charges. I have worked a lot of practice management systems and this is by far the worst system.

    I wish I had read these reviews before signing an agreement with Kareo/Tebra. From my experience with them, I have determined them to be a scam and seeing these reviews only solidifies this opinion. Long story short, I was promised a service and timeline before signing. Sales reps come off very knowledgeable and helpful. It seems like a great product with great customer care. As soon as I signed I received zero communication from them. I reached out multiple times, attempting to start integration. I quickly realized info I was told (and have documentation for) was completely inaccurate. Essentially they straight up lied. I gave them one last chance, in a meeting they assured me they would expedite our account and would get back to me by the end of the day. They never attempted to communicate with me after that. I alerted my bank account and reported any transaction from them as fraud. Theyve been trying to collect over $12,000 from me. Do not believe anything this company says, this is a scam!

    Beware and stay away from this Company if you value your Professional Practice. It's clear now, and validating we are not the only practice suffering Tebra-itis. We are a Kareo customer brought over to **********************. Our patients matter to us, but they will not matter to Tebra, and know, as a Tebra customer, You will not matter to ********************** after they close on your sale. And there is no worse feeling than to be helpless during a busy work day with your patients and there is no helpful help. If you choose this EHR, be prepared for ongoing "Tebra maintenance" issues. But know, the number one most outrageous failure of Tebra is their incompetent customer service. As a Telehealth using practice, we need our EHR software to work for us. At Tebra, your digital office infrastructure will be unsteady and unreliable. Further, they hound each patient after a visit with "How'd we do" surveys, which our patients initially thought was a response to our services - and as the business owners, we had no idea our patients were getting them until they started complaining. Tebra's service surveys are sent to our patients without our consent, create confusion for patients, and are burdensome. Patients reported not knowing if they were reviewing Tebra or our services. Our patients routinely complain of the Telehealth and Patient portal. Also, Tebra forces an "online presence," populating dozens of junk sites like "Yellow Pages" with provider info. We have opted out, but they will not remove our "Tebra Provider" profile on the ***** even collecting reviews from non-patients. We have sent screenshots, formal complaints, and hours upon hours on the phone. No one in customer service knows anything. It is a gift that all calls are recorded. Perhaps someday, Tebra stop counting their 96M in revenue and will work to take accountability for their failures in customer service, and remember the customer is the lifeblood of the company. We feel trapped and want out - as do our patients.

    Less then 1 do not purchase. This platform has cost huge losses in patients and $. My on line scheduling has not work correctly for a month. My phone tree is currently not working unable to receive calls. I spends hours on the phone with no resolve. Insurance and billing not working correctly. I purchase this product in July. This has been a nightmare. No point of contact just open tickets with staff that is unable to solve problems: I receive all different charges with no explanation

    I started with Kareo in 2019 and had minimal issues but once Tebra took over everything went downhill. In the last several months. The system keeps going down, my billing address keep disappearing, my claims are going to the wrong EDI numbers, and my rejections and denials have doubled, appointments disappear, and the prescribing stopped working! The system is sending ******** patients bills!! Its been horrible.I realized I have no contract with Tebra; yet they wont give me my data. My damages in three months is over six hundred thousand dollars.Please do not sign up with this company! The system is pretty, but pretty is all you get.

    Absolutely garbage of a website company!!!! GARBAGE!!! Stay away from Patientpop/Tebra and anything that they represent: bunch of garbage!!! Believe me, you will save yourself the hassle and headaches because of their lack of professionalism, they simply DON'T CARE about you as a client. They have ZERO customer service. We have SEO and website management under PatientPop (which is now Tebra) and they're the WORST at making very simple changes on a simple website. They kept messing up our requests, they are not detailed-oriented, and after numerous back and forth emails, it literally takes them a WHOLE MONTH and A HALF to make simple changes. Who's got time for such NON-SENSE???!!! And this has not happened once or twice, it has happened at least 7 times in a row!!! We are so fed up with their lack of care, we are glad we'll be ending services with them soon. Tell me Tebra, what's the point of paying you thousands of dollar$$$ when your techs cannot even spell, put the correct information and picture on website. Our website is supposed to look professional, but you do the opposite of what you're being paid for. My 10 year old son would do a better job at doing a website than any of your techs would. SIMPLY HORRIBLE SERVICES!!! HORRIBLE. And your website is so basic and nothing that would wow our customers. You offer so little for so much money. You are thieves!!! You all will go bankrupt before you know it because you all steal small business' money and cannot even deliver a decent service to the hard working and tax-paying entrepreneurs like our small company!!! WORST company we have ever dealt with!!!

    Liars and scammers. These people sell you one thing, lie about having no long-term contracts, and forget about getting any service - that department is non-existent. Wix is less expensive and a far superior product. Don't get scammed like I did.

    HORRIBLE. Kareo was great, Tebra destroyed it. I am very disappointed.
