    Repaired date: 8/26/2023 Auto shop: Affordable Auto Care Shop Owner: ****** **** ****** Camry 2.4L white 4 cynlinders was dropped off for 4 engine mounts replacement. I brought in the parts, ****** reviewed the parts and checked hardwares compatible and he said the labor service charge is $250 in cash. He completed the 4 engine mounts replacement in about 1.5 hour. I paid ****** $250 in cash and drove home on Saturday morning very busy with shopping groceries. I got home around 6:30PM same day, opening the hook and The transmission housing was cracked up and damaged at the center bottom of engine mount bracket. I tried to contact ****** but the office was closed until next Monday. I was so worries because I have only one car for going to work, it might jeopardize my job. I brought my car 2 different auto repair shops for inspections and safety concerns. They all told me to bring the car back to the affordable auto care to complaint for bad services and repairs. Monday 8/28/23 I made a phone call to speaking with ****** and ****** told me to bring the car in tomorrow. I brought the ****** ****!Camry back in and Car was lifted up to inspect the engine mount bracket and the transmission housing. The transmission was a big crack where the center engine mount was joint at. ****** told me it could be internal crack up a long time ago but after engine mount replacement the the crack is showed the big deep crack now. He said my car is an old car so dont make him to pay for the parts and labor. ****** told me that he might asked someone to weld the crack and ****** said he might call me back after he has a discussion lawyer and check footages. Finally he agreed $350 in cash to repair my transmission housing. After 7 days dropped off, transmission housing was completed. Got car home next day oil leaks appeared on the garage parking entry. Again ****** performed bad service again, ****** messed up my **** ****** Camry after I paid ****** total labor cost $600 USD in Cash.
