    I was satisfied with the way everything was handled except for the amount of time I had to wait on the phone to get everything approved initially. And the fact that I had to spend out of pocket money for having to pay for some parts instead of waiting for Omega's part to be sent to me, other than that I have no problems what so ever. Thanks

    I think this is one of the last companies left that cares about us. I love how kind they are and SO helpful. When I was shopping for coverage, they were all about the business and how they could help. They made me feel cared for and safe, and I was. Other companies I spoke with were only interested in getting you to sign on and did alot of other company bashing. That upset me. I was very happy to sign on with American Auto Club and I will continue to refer people to them. I trust them.

    These guys are really great. They set you up quickly and in my case I regretfully had to cancel. I got my refund so fast. I did not expect that. My hope is to join back up in the future.

    I had an excellent experience with customer service. Truly above and beyond. I was greeted with professionalism and a willingness to help, you cant find in overseas call centers. The *** was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to fully understand my issue. Its rare these days to find such a dedicated team. Its service like this that builds trust. Ill definitely be referring my family and friends
