    ME AND MY WIFE PURCHASED SOLARS FROM PACIFIC ALLIED.THEY SENT A FAKE SALESPERSON/ENGINEER FROM EVERBRIGHT. HIS NAME IS ****** ***** HE HAD A FAKE BADGE WITH EVERBRIGHTS INFORMATION .INCENTIVES WERE PROMISED TO PAY OUR LIGHT BILL AND RECEIVE EARNED INCOME CREDIT ON OUR TAXES ..AFTER WE SIGN THE CONTRACT THEY SENT A INSPECTOR TO OKAY THE PROJECT FOR THE INSTALLERS TO INSTALL SOLARS WHENEVER THE INSTALLERS SHOWED TO INSTALL THE SOLARS THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T BECAUSE THE WAY OUR ROOF WAS BUT THE INSPECTOR OKAYED IT .THIS HAPPEN 3 DIFFERENT TIMES .WE ENDED UP GETTING ROOF REPLACED BY PACIFIC ALLIED SO THEY CHANGED THE CONTRACT AND ADDED THE ROOF PRICE .IT RAINED IN OUR HOME AND WATER WAS LEAKING IN ALL OUR ROOMS.WE HAVE VIDEOS AND MESSAGES FROM THEM.. NEVER SENT ANYONE TO CHECK FOR MOLD OR CHANGE INSTALLATION LIKE PROMISED. AFTER THE PANELS WERE INSTALLED I CONTACTED EVER BRIGHT TRYING TO RECEIVE THE INCENTIVES THAT WERE PROMISE FROM EVERBRIGHTS SALESPERSON THEY TOLD ME THAT HE DOSENT WORK THERE . BUT HIS NAME IS ON MY CONTRACT WITH EVERBRIGHT BUT DOESN'T HAVE SALPERSON HIS NUMBER. PACIFIC ALLIED DOESN'T RETURN CALLS MY SOLARS ARE NOT WORKING CORRECTLY AND MY LIGHT BILL IS MORE EXPENSIVE NOW BECAUSE I'M ON A SOLAR PLAN WITH ****** WITH NON WORKING SOLAR. I HAVE NO FUNDS FOR LEGAL COUNSEL IF ANYONE CAN HELP IN WHAT I SHOULD IN THIS SITUATION THAT WOULD BE GREAT

    Pacific Allied Group is the company who install my solar panel,It was installed last year i think the month of June 2023,I am paying $351.06 per month This year 2024 Feb and March we have a lot of rain , i have found out that my daughters room celling is leaking, I called Pacific Allied Group and they said they are not responsible for the leak, i been contacting them for almost 5 months for the resolution but they are ignoring my complain Please help me Thanks
