    Our contractor installed 3 ****************************** French doors. The doors are pretty nice, but after a few years, we couldn't lock one from the inside because the k*** just spins. This happened again to another door a little later. It ends up that they used thin walled aluminum on a part that is stressed and should be thicker walled, or steal. So, it eventually cracks and won't lock. They refuse to stand by their life time warranty because, apparently that's normal wear and tear. There's nothing normal about bad design! Poor customer service and design flaws, so I do not recommend them.

We understand your concern regarding the door lock issue but after reviewing the pictures you provided, it appears that you have disassembled the door hardware, which voids the warranty coverage. We encourage customers to refrain from altering the products as outlined in our warranty policy. However, we are still committed to assisting you and can provide a chargeable service to resolve the current issue.

    That would be funny if it wasn't such a pathetic way to weasel out of a warranty repair! ***************************** told me I had to send him photographs of the cracked **** so he could see if it was under warranty. So, he required that I disassemble the ****!! Anyway, it is a very simple thing and in no way should void the warranty. ****************************** is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with, I've dealt with thousands!
