September 9th I was referred to Jordan through a walk in. She did my k tip extensions September 30 I immediately felt pain but Jordan told me it was normal that some people come take them out because the pain is unbearable which should have been a red flag for me but this was my first time doing k tips. On October first i messaged Jordan concerned about how the extensions were looking and asked to get them fixed she told me she would squeeze me in but never got back to me on October 7th I reached out again voicing my concerns this time letting her know my hair was being ripped out by her application that I felt they werent done correctly that I would be seeing another stylist to get a second opinion. Jordan gaslit me our whole conversation claiming I must have ripped my hair out myself saying she normally does 3 clients hair at a time which confirmed my concerns of her ******* my hair. When went to another hair dresser to get a second opinion she confirmed my concerns and informed me that the tension created by Jordan's bonds were unhealthy and ripping my hair out which is visible in some of the pictures. The bonds were also quite large and not cut in half like Jordan claimed to have done which was proved to be a lie. The glue was white which caused them to be very visible which they are supposed to be hidden I couldnt even go out without a headscarf because i was so embarrassed how visible they were. The other stylist let me know that the hair needed to be removed asap to avoid further shedding and damage. The work she did was not healthy for my hair and was not properly installed at all as you can see in the photos. Also None of them laid flat properly. I shared this information with Jordan she even saw photos but refuses to refund me because she stands by her work even though it was so clearly not done properly and has caused me so much pain from the damage its caused my hair and scalp. I also attached a photo of the k tips the other stylist did for comparison.
