    This company sent me a bill for an Infant Hearing Test. We paid the bill, in full, on their website. The site is www.ihssca.net Weeks later the company is pretending that it never received our payment. I called and provided them with proof of our payment and they still claimed to have no record of it. This is a poorly done scam. They wont ever get another dollar from me, but I want others to beware of their shady tactics.

    I got a bill for $550 from this company implying they did a hearing screen for my newborn, despite him being born in a DIFFERENT STATE. Poorly-done scam.

    This is a terrible company who prey on tired new parents. They do not make it clear at the hospital that they are a third party and will be billing you separately, and then months later send you a bill that claims "Your account is 90 DAYS PAST DUE!" in bold text, with the amount in a "90+ Days" box that implies you've missed payment 3 times, even though they admit over the phone that they only just sent the first bill. Awful thing to do to people who are new parents. Awful customer service. Awful business.
