    The customer service has been terrible. The very first cover was perfect. Unfortunately it was damaged by hail. The second cover was easy to order. I was called and offered a cover in a different color delivered sooner, and I was not informed it did not have the extra wind straps that I ordered AND paid for. Now Im stuck with the wrong lid and the company wont replace it. $800 down the drain!!

    Oct. 5, 2024. This company is impossible to contact. All phone options lead to the same extension which is not accepting messages. Payment was taken quickly, but we cannot check on our order made 5 weeks ago. Aug. 28th.

    I ordered my spa cover for over $700.I got an immediate confirmation that my cover will arrive within 8 weeks.10 weeks late I asked them what is going on and when will I get my cover. I was shocked from their reply- not only that they said no work started for it and it will take additional 8!! weeks to get it, they offered my a cover that they had in stock that was completely NOT what I orders as a custom cover. Shameful! Since then, I sent them multiple email asking when will I get and no reply! Now I'm asking them to cancel it and still no answer. DONT order from them, they are NOT reliable!
