    This company is a scam!!! this company don't deserved a star at all!!! first they screwed up my appointment, supposedly Saturday November 18, 2023 and i was waiting for 1 hr and i called them saying my appointment on Friday November 24 for Bath, nail trim and **** gland .The guy came to do the service his telling me all my dog scheduled for spa only, that they are charging me for $107.79 just for a spa? i said my dog schedule for more than a spa! and the guy starting to give prices for bath that's another $20.00 and nail trim is another extra pay and the **** gland. they only schedule for basic even you ask for more service but once they come to your house after you paid online that they don't accept cash payment that i never pay before the service... that's they scam you to pay first then they will talk about more service that your credit card they will charge it more and they did.. i canceled the service and they charging my credit card for $137. 79. that's totally a scam charging me all that money after i canceled the service. people don't get fooled by this company "FRITZY'S PET CARE PROS" they took my money their a thief!!!

    If I could give this business no stars, I would! This business is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called to schedule an appointment for our dog, *******. My appointment was schedule on May 23 in the afternoon. ******, from ******'s shows up almost 2 hours late. When he arrives he mentions that it was a long day and was tired. I understand but you're talking about a service I'm paying for. For small talk, he says he used to be a hair stylist. Okay?!? Since ******* had recently had surgery about 2 months prior, I mentioned that his stomach area may be sensitive and made sure he was aware. He stated there would be no problem. ****** took ******* to his van and for awhile I heard nothing so I figured everything was good. Then I heard ****** reprimanding *******, off and on, and **********************. I instantly became concerned. My husband and I both came to see what the problem was. ****** quickly waved his hand at us to go back inside. Once finished, ******* was soak and wet, not brushed, and irritated. ****** then wanted to take *******'s picture. My husband said "No." I paid $238.47 for this service. I decided to write a review on Yelp, based on the quality of service, and was rudely answered by ***************************, the business owner, as follows - Fake Message! - You are not a customer, you are trolling a wonderful groomer because he refuses to drop the charges of assault and battery. He is a wonderful and skilled groomer that was a successful hair stylist but loves pets and wanted to dedicate his skills to their needs. Its clear that your review is fake because no pet-parent would be shooed away if they felt that their pet was being abused. Ridiculous. Just part of the troll gang. If **** wont take down your fake post, we will call you out for who you are - I had no idea what *************************** was writing about! He must of confused us with someone else!? And if he took a good look at his files, he would have found my receipt because I have a copy of it!

    My apologies for connecting you to the thugs that have been harassing ******. In your complaint, you didnt give us any details as to who you are. Also, your response was suspicious because I cant imagine allowing someone that I dont trust to be with my pet alone! But, leaving that behind and now knowing who you are, I can address you directly. I wish that you would have called us and let us know. ****** loves the pets and takes very good care of them. But he (we) lost your trust and that is not good for either of us. And, once we lose your trust, its hard to get it back. But, we would always try. So, I wish that you would have contacted us regarding your concerns. We are all pet lovers and work in the industry and would have done anything we can to resolve the situation at that time. So, that was months ago but it still grinds on you. We sincerely apologize and hope you are able to move on at this point having spanked us publicly. If you look at it from our perspective, you didnt complain, you signed the receipt stating that you agree to the pricing and services as provided, and the pictures of ******* are cute! So, we went on our merry way thinking that we had made you happy and that ******* was happy, healthy and cute Please again, accept our apologies.
