      This company changed their name to Brooks Pest Control, but they still have the same sales pitch. Cancel at anytime. We just called to cancel because their service is not good and they do a shabby work. They told us we cannot cancel because it's a 12 month contract. My husband was told we can cancel at anytime. Now he is deployed and they tell him no. If I can give a negative star I would.

      ********** wish I would had look at the reviews before I tried there service they get you on the cancellation fee $240 after three trips at $109 in less than 10 min each watch out the have a smooth talking salesman

      The reason why I rate one star is that there no zero star rating. The sales person knocked at my door and tried to sell me the pest control service. He promised me that I can cancel it anytime without additional money when he saw me in hesitation. However, the pest control was only like 10 mins and didn't work at all, there were lot more ant showing up in my home. When I called to cancel, they charged me for a cancellation fee of $300. This is a total fraud and steal money from customers. And it was really a hard time to make it clear for them that I want to cancel even I have a surveillance video showing the sales person's promise and will dispute with my credit card company.
