    on 4/30/2022 i bought a accurate real for 964$ from serenity fishing in ****** *******.i used the reel once and it broke. i took it back to the store and they asked me to send it back to the manufacturer accurate reels.i did. i shipped the reel to accurate on 06/02/2022. then i didn't hear back and i kept sending follow up emails asking about the reel.on july 27,2022 i sent an email asking for an update.on August 1,2022- they replied asking me what the reel looked like because they couldn't find it.on august 8, 2022 they sent me an email stating they found the reel.then i sent them an email notifying them that i changed my address as i needed to move.then i followed with emails and got no response. the last email was today, i tried to follow up and they told me they went ahead and donated it without my permission. they did not contact me or call me. they just went ahead and donated it

    Customer sent his reel in without proper paperwork. We attempted to reach out to this customer for over a year. He would respond infrequently.

    First email correspondance was on 5/23/2022, he did respond and sent the reel in for service. We sent him a lable to get this reel back, however there was no paperwork provided. He responded on August 1st 2022 after inquiring. We asked what name the reel would be uder and he provided his mane and a phone number. We responded on August 8th *************************************** with information so we can process his service. There was no further communication, the phone number provided was out of service. 

    We donated his reel to a local fishing charity since we had not heard. Customer emailed us inquring about his reel on December 18, 2023.  We informed him that we donated the reel due to lack of communication. He was obivously not happy, so I replaced the reel and shipped it out on 12/20/2023 via *** tracking 1z92yy194292268525 to the address he provided via email.
