      I was charged $189 to process the biennial update/Form MCS-150 for our companies USDOT number.I received a letter from the U.S,. Department of Transportation informing us that our USDOT number was deactivated due to failure to comply. I contacted Western Compliance Group, they told me to ignore the letter. I asked for further proof. I was put on hold and never had anyone return to the line.

      I was harassed by this company to allow them file my MCS-150 (which is free directly through the ***** website) and ultimately paid them $189.00 to have it completed. They sent me a receipt and even a fake MCS-150. Come to find out, today, that it was never filed with the *****. My companies USDOT is now inactive and all fault is on western compliance group. They are ruining businesses.
