Bought a 2010 dodge caliber on July 19, 2023. the price was roughly $6,000. Now in a different state with a vehicle with no plates, title or registration. I cannot sale or use the vehicle. I contacted the California DMV and they informed me the dealer needed to retitle it and is sitting in limbo. I have contacted the dealer several times and they either won't answer, said they will contact me again or said to wait longer. My temporary places already got too much weather damage to even use for driving.

We spoke to the client regarding his concern, we completely understand his frustration and we explained that we did all of his paperwork the same week he purchased the car but are now waiting for the original lien satisfy document to be sent from the bank. We have been emailing and calling them to be able to get this document so hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. In the mean time we did email a copy of the Incomplete registration to ***** that he can keep for his records. We hope that the issue will be resolved soon and that his complaint be removed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

As the customer mentioned in his complaint, he asked us not to turn on the car so he can check it. We did exactly what he asked for, then he stated that the vehicle was parked all the way in the back and not ready for him. Well, he asked us not to turn it on so how else would we move it to the front and have it ready for him? Customer showed up an hour after business hours and we still waited for him to show him the kind of customer service we offer. We never pushed anyone to purchase a vehicle from us but we gave him all the time to inspect the vehicle all around. Customer brought his own scanner and tools and checked it all around and was very impressed with the outcome and how great the vehicle and the price was. In addition, when we went on a test drive, we offered him to not just test it on the street but to go on the freeway and make sure it's perfectly fine which we did and he appreciated that a lot. ******** also mentioned that all the other dealers he went to before us, they would not let him test drive it on the freeway or plug in his own tools to inspect the car, we did that for him and let him take his time. Finally, when the customer called us about his concern, he said that his friend suggested he do some minor repairs without us checking it out and just to pay for it. He never asked to return the vehicle even though he purchased it AS IS.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Respectfully,
    Kiro
