    A week ago, I had 2 gentlemen come to my new home located in Conroe TX. Mr. Terry & Adrion were very professional, easy going and polite during the whole entire process. They took their time to answer all of our questions and concerns since we are new homeowners and never purchased anything like this before, they also explained everything to me and my fiancé very thoroughly about the water testing and the Nuvia water set up for our home. We both were also given free vouchers the same day of the water testing as promised, to go wherever we choose which was very nice. We're getting our system set up soon and I can't wait! We were really pleased with their services! I would like to thank Terry & Adrion for their help! & I would definitely recommend Nuvia if you're in need of a water softening system!

    THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!! THEY LIED ABOUT THE FINANCING! THEY INSTALLED THE UNIT WITHOUT GIVING US THE FINAL NUMBERS OR APR. THEY RAN OUR CREDIT MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY EXPECT US TO SIGN A CONTRACT WE DID NOT AGREE TO! 13% APR!!! THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

    Cesar M*** came to our house. This, after the company did not turn up for their first appointment and we waited in vain. The company then contacted us again and promised vouchers, as an apology. We did not receive the vouchers. . Cesar was well informed and explained everything in detail. We do think the calculations he made were not enough to persuade us to make this investment. The cost for clean water should not be that high. We also have not sufficient space for the installment.

    The customer was seen on 4/6. It takes us 3-5 business days to send gift cards (vouchers) which are sent via email. The giftcard was sent today to the email address on file. Nuvia offers various options for water treatment at different price ranges.

    Company came in and promised to be able to install a incredibly overpriced product with ease. It was a disaster from the get go. When they first showed up to install the system the installer did not know what system we were getting and we had to prove to him what system to install. They didn't have the correct software that we picked out. They were unable to install the system because of how the water comes into my house. They created water damage in my brand new house that I had to confront them about to get them to fix. The customer service was poor and the communication was even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Believe all of the negative reviews! They are super shady! I too worked with Odsward and he’s a crook! I’m stuck with a 12k bill for a system that should’ve only been $5500! No cancellation no customer service. Worst decision ever!

    BUYER BEWARE - is an understatement for this company. After receiving the same parcel final notice postcard in the mail and allowing them into my home to test the water, I foolishly agreed to purchase an EXTREMELY over-priced water filter ($12,500). You can get the same filter quality elsewhere for a fraction of this cost. I am beyond upset with myself for falling for this and at this company for their ridiculous prices. Lesson learned - just wish there was something I can do to get my money back. Hoping this serves as a warning for others.

    Worst customer service ever! They are crooks I am still disputing my work order charge with them. I was charged $11,500 for the same system my neighbor also purchased for $5,800. There are others in my neighborhood in katy texas who have the same system and paid thousands of dollars less then what i am having to pay. My sales person Osdward R******** swore he doesnt work off commission but i think that is a lie. He clearly saw what i was approved for with my great credit and maximized the work order purchase for the same amount that I was approved for. He even " Threw in" (in his words) an air filter which they took back and refunded me $2000, but according to my work order, that was not included or listed so it seems like my sales person was trying to be slick which recording proves he stated he was "throwing in the air filter". I have the whole conversation recorded thanks to my samsung refrigerator and I am ready to go public if this issue is not resolved. According to my lawyer it is admissible because it was recorded in my home. Nothing on my work order is itemized compared to neighbors, Os also stated he was "throwing in" 10 yrs of Pure & Gentle products. My work order has a huge line across the itemized section which proves the soap package had no cost but after speaking with Nuvia about this issue last year they said all parties have been paid out and they couldn't do anything about it as far as refunding me $5,700 which is the difference between one of my neighbors who has an identical work order and my work order. No one has contacted me about this issue so I've had to reach out to the financing company Greensky, and still have not heard from vendor NUVIA. Its been a year and i have an open investigation with them. I have been patient for 1 year and hesitant to not report this company but they are obviously not trying to compensate me for this huge discrepency so I have a feeling that this is how they do business and they need to be reported as a SCAM

    The parcel final notice postcard scam indicates a really shady company. I will never purchase from Nuvia and I will tell anyone within earshot to also never purchase from them. You should fire your marketing manager immediately for approving this.

    Just moved to a new residence and we've received several deceptive post cards like others mentioned. The only indication it's from a water company is the small "(C) NWTI 2021" line along the bottom. Having moved and worrying about mail being forwarded correctly, along with all the other stresses of moving a whole family to a new residence, this tactic just adds to concerns of a new homeowner/resident. They are taking advantage of people's mental state at a critical event in their lives.
    Also, using a bold capital "F" to make it look like an official USPS "First Class" indicator is just another part of the deception. All claims that they are trying to "reduce their carbon footprint" by sending these little "postcards" are completely ridiculous. They could spend the exact same amount of money and paper to simply send out a flyer stating the real purpose of their business, and not trying to hide behind a deceptive postcard.
    This company should be ashamed of their marketing practices and stop confusing vulnerable homeowners!
