    I traded in a ******** and purchased a 2016 mini ****** on 8/30, initially was supposed to be with a warranty. My contract was then denied twice by the **** after I signed the papers and left with the new car, because the finance manager did not know the guidelines for what would be approved or not, and apparently the bank was working through a backlog. I finally signed the contract that was approved on 9/11 after the third time with no warranty. Then about a month later I start getting collection calls about my Jetta that the dealership had not paid off as agreed. This goes on for multiple days until I reach out and remind them to send the check. A couple of weeks pass, I then receive a *** ex package saying the business office lost one of my original signed forms from the contract. I signed it and sent it back. Its now 2.5 months after the original sale date and I received another ***** package today saying they lost another part of my contract and needs to be resigned. No one at the dealership will answer my emails or calls to explain what is happening. This extreme of lack of professionalism is unacceptable, they shouldnt be licensed if they cant keep a hold of important documents.
