      I was a season ticket holder for the first 2 seasons at Sofi and cancelled due to the horrible customer service from *******, including my card being charged without authorization. I followed up this season to inquire pricing and was told one price via e-mail but given an invoice for twice the amount. When I spoke up about the price difference I was advised a manager would need to assist me. This was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back from anyone. I called Thursday to follow up and was told the sales manager was in a meeting until 3pm and would follow up. I have not heard but I cannot say I am surprised. **************** or customer appreciation is clearly not a priority for this department.
