    Appalled by the treatment we received from the Nitro Rally Cross event in *******. When we arrived we were meant to have free parking(in the confirmation email). That was not the case and we were told we had to pay and then we can get the money back from customer services inside. That was also not true and we were told to email the company. Have now sent 3 emails, all have been ignored! Then an email arrived after 1 hour of being at the event saying there was no free parking. Surly that is changing the actual terms and conditions of the agreement after the event? The event itself was just poorly run and a large majority felt ripped off. I sat for 2 hours and watched a total of 8 laps. That was a 2 lap 2 car race, then a 4 car 4 lap race and finally a 2 more laps. Its advertised as action packed event, that would be far removed from how everyone felt on the day(look at ******** comments).

    Nitro circus is selling tickets to canceled shows without reimbursement. I paid over $230 for 2 tickets to a show July which was canceled without notice. 5 months later and no communication on a rescheduled event or refund. This isn't a consolidated issue. They are stealing money from customers.

    June 25th 2022 Myself and a group of 8 other people helped Nitro Circus set up and tear down their show in ********* ****. We all agreed to a flat rate of $400 for the day but when the day came to a close we were told that they only had enough cash on hand to pay us $200 each. Our information was collected in order to finish payment and we were promised by *********************** that it would occur the following week.It has been nearly two months of reaching out to just find out what is going on and why we haven't been paid yet. I was told to keep in touch with my personal contact and the person who reached out for help in the first place, *********************. One month ago ***** stated he was given the okay to reimburse us all and asked for a list of names as well as the amount owed to each. There was no follow up until today when my integrity and character were put into question simply for just asking for any kind of information at all after another month of unanswered calls and messages.We were told the night of June 25th when asking that we will for sure be paid that Nitro Circus "doesn't conduct business that way". Here we are 2 months later still being strung along with no sign what so ever that we will be paid.The reason I file this complaint is that I have also heard of others who worked many more days than we did who were also not paid for their work.This isn't a personal vendetta and is more about the people who I involved after being asked for help who could really use the $200 they were promised.
