    I'm writing about CarBodyLab in ******, ** cannot find them on the search app. So this is not a reflection on **********, **. But regardless, the CarBodyLab experience was very dissappointing. I had a difficult setting up my appointment and finalizing. I went with another company and the day they had schedule my appointment even without my confirmation they called my phone and spam me harrassing me about the techincian coming to home. They are so rude and unprofessional!!

    Hi *****, Thank you for your feedback. I went ahead and reviewed the sms conversation you had with our customer service team. It looks like it took some time for us to schedule your appointment initially because we needed your property manager's approval given you live in an apartment complex . From what I saw, a lot of your frustrations came from all the back and forth where you insisted we take your word for it when you said you had obtained the approval. For legal purposes and to protect ************** and our business, such approval is required by email in writing, from the property manager directly and not the tenant. Once they responded and gave us the ok, we scheduled your appointment, sent you one confirmation message, one automated reminder the day before, and another text wit few instructions the morning of to let you know to wait a couple of hours after the repair is done before you drive your car again. You then proceeded to cancel the appointment that same morning. At no point anyone on the team was rude or unprofessional. I'm happy to see you were able to find another company that was willing to work on your car without your property manager's approval.

    I had an appointment for my 2020 ******** benz on Dec. 11th. *****. At 9:30 am.to repair a 2 inch vertical scratch theyech showed up on time and was feiendly. After a few minutes of conversing the tech asked what do I do for a living I had mentioned that use to do and have done auto body/ prep, paint and detail since Bout ****. I told him my tools are packed or I would have done it myself. But In a polite manner. Also stating that I thought I would give the mobile a shot.thinking there qualified painters and prep men or women. I mentioned I would be back and forth because I'm packing to move outta state and it was hectic. I returned sometime later to him stating the clear coT wasn't taking that he needed to call his boss and get more time. So I went back to my house. Returned later to find that he blocked my car again sanded painted the base coat and cleared again without telling me. Not Givin it proper dry time. By this time it was dark and hard to see being a black car and all, and it being dark outside.so I gave him a tip and mentioned that I wish he had told me he did it twice.i told him I will look at in the morning. Well I did more solvent pips. Fish eyes and sanding marks. Well company says will send a new tech out Dec. 21. 2023. I said ok. Same thing got dark car paint didn't match the clear yellowed out and over spray on both quarter panels. ****** the Manger finally agreed to have my car serviced at a body shop and find a quote. So I did. 1, 700. He agreed to that l. Now a day later some gentleman that ****** say doesn't work there said they have a place where I can take it to a person's spray booth at there house. I told them please no. They have been very dysfunctional in customer service and there in house. Employees telling me things about other employees. I just want my car fixed. I didn't hesitate to pay them. So why should they hesitate to fixnthere problem if. I could attach pic. Would be awesome. Humidity and climate play a huge roll in painting
