    in june of 2023 i dropped a vehicle a **** classice truck off to *************************** of Signature Performance. We clearly discussed all items I was looking to perform. He agreed and that is where the nightmare began. ****** would dissapear, not return calls or text for days, lie about status of the vehicle. When dropped ****** stated job would take roughly 5-7 days. After 4 weeks of hounding to get truck completed i picked up truck and was told by ****** they had not completed the work promised. On top of that some of the work was done wrong (tires) or damage (wheel) occured and I would need to bring truck back. I brought truck back where tires and wheel were replced as he damaged the wheel and lost my tires in the mail he says. Yet he never completed the additioanl work I paid for. These items were power steering pump , new alternator belt, and bump stops installed in the rear. He also needed to realign truck and tighten down all suspension. After that ****** is nowhere to be found doesnt have the parts I paid for and dropped off to him. I have full text hsitory proving claims above, as well reciepts for items he never returned or installed but rather kept. He also kept 100% of all items replkaced on vehicle including my dash. these items should have been returned per california buerua of automotive law. After picking up truck I then realize ****** failed to install items correctly with the electricla. He never removed items listed on work oreder to remove. He also left ******************* in the fender of the truck whcih was a fire hazard. He used improper wiring on the electrical system, and left suspension hitting exhaust and bump stops which is what the truck was in for "suspension". When truck was dropped at his shop every electrical feature was working. When I picked it up it had no horn, brake lights, turn signals, and had the guages pulsing. ****** and his team have totally messed up my classic truck. I have all supporting documents for claims above.

    May 5, 2022.$1987.00 4 new wheels and 4 new tires, mounted and balanced and shipped.I received 3 of the 4 wheels I purchased damaged during the tire mounting process. The company reluctantly agreed to replace them. This whole process took more than 4 months. When I finally received replacement wheels I deemed acceptable, I took the wheels and tires to a highly regarded local tire shop to have the tires remounted to the three replacement wheels. The tire shop manager called me and said that there is a problem with one of the tires that he wanted to show me. I drove to the shop and he showed me that one of the tires was needing an extreme amount of weight to be balanced and he said that amount of weight is not normal. I called Signature Performance Tire and Wheel to notify them of this and was met with backlash and comments from the sales manager, ***********************, that I am impossible to please. I expected undamaged merchandise. I don't see how that makes me impossible to satisfy. He requested a print out from the balancing machine. The machine does not provide printouts. I took photographs of the wheel alone (to rule out that the wheel is the problem) and the wheel with the tire mounted. The wheel alone needed only **** ounces to be balanced. The wheel and tire together needed **** ounces. 4 ounces is normal for most mounted tires. Days past and I didn't receive any response from ***********************. I sent another email to a different customer service rep and also to ***** with the same photographs I sent on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. I finally received a reply from ***** on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. He said because it is beyond the 30 day established return policy, he will not do anything else for me. Had the wheels not been damaged and the tire mounting staff been conscientious, damage wheels and a defective tire would not have been sent and none of this would have happened, exceeding 30 days. Invoice number: *****. I couldn't get a perfectly clear photo of the invoice.
